Complete set of metal components – Welding System

For ESAB, a global leader in welding and cutting equipment, we carried out a comprehensive order to manufacture components for a complete welding set.

This project perfectly demonstrates our ability to deliver precise industrial parts – from the initial sheet-metal processing all the way to the final surface finish in the customer’s signature corporate colours.

What the project involved

• Complete engineering production: processing of sheets and profiles by precise laser cutting, bending (press braking) and CNC machining to tight tolerances.
• Welding of structural elements: assembly and structural welding of the main support arms and protective covers of the whole device.
• Turnkey surface finishing: powder coating in the specific yellow RAL shade that is the hallmark of the ESAB brand, together with precise pre-production cleaning of the steel surfaces.

Key technical details of the order

The photos from our production show the key phases of the work:

1. Steel components before coating: precisely welded and cleaned steel columns and covers ready for the final surface finish.
2. Final coated parts: a massive support arm of the welding set with precise cut-outs for wiring, controls and mechanical joints.
